Kenwood X The Caker Cake Kit – Golden Ticket


Information on how to claim a prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry constitutes

acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to all New Zealand residents. Employees and their immediate families of De’Longhi

Group New Zealand Ltd and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this

promotion are ineligible.

To enter the promotion, participants are required to simply purchase in collaboration with Kenwood

and The Caker Banana Cinnamon Oat Crumble Cake Kit, and upon opening the packaging; winners

will find a “golden ticket”.

The winner must keep their golden ticket for proof of winning, and provide images of the ticket and

contact the email address/phone number on the winning ticket. The golden ticket is valid for 1

winner only, and is non-transferable. Kenwood New Zealand is not responsible for any ticket lost.

The prize equates to a limited-edition Rose Gold kMix set, which includes a Mixer, Toaster (2 slice)

and Kettle.

Only the person who presents a golden ticket, with an image as proof, can be awarded the prize.

If the prize is not claimed within two months of the completion of the competition June 2019, it will

be regarded as forfeit.

The prize will be couriered to the winner’s provided address.

Customers must state an address where bonus items can be delivered to, PO box addresses will not

be accepted.

Claims will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. The

Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims not received by the Promoter or delays in the

delivery of the claims due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

Claims must be complete and legible.

Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

This offer is not redeemable in store.

Kenwood prize may vary from that shown subject to availability. In the event that the prize is not

available, the Promoter will substitute another prize product/s to the same and equal recommended

retail value and/or specification.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize save that it is to the same and

equal recommended retail value and/or specification.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but

not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as

a result of taking any of the bonus product, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including

an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to

disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms

and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, engaged in any unlawful or other improper

misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion, or otherwise

behaved in a manner inconsistent with the spirit and intent of the Promotion. Errors and omissions

may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the

Promotion at any time in its sole discretion and without giving reasons.

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the

information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. An entrant

is entitled to access his/her personal information by calling Kenwood on 0508 200 300.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and if

consent has been provided by the entrant, the Promoter may use the entrants names and addresses

for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant

by calling Kenwood on 0508 200 300. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by

contacting the promoter on 0508 200 300.
