Miso in a cake you say?! Yes, yes and yes.

This is my new favourite ingredient to bake with. Its rich saltiness works so beautifully alongside the sweet caramelised white chocolate and nutty flavour of the toasted sesame seeds.

You’ll find vanilla bean cream cheese icing, which has been gently laced with miso, in-between the layers and on-top, and a criss cross of salted caramel to complete this babe of a cake.
