This is our take on a classic orange cake. It suits people with gluten and dairy allergies and is a good option for someone who doesn’t want something too sweet. It's wonderfully moist and the polenta adds a beautiful texture. We love eating this one for breakfast with a strong coffee!

It contains whole pureed oranges and a generous helping of ground almonds and polenta to replace any flour. The rhubarb adds lovely bursts of tartness throughout the soft and delicate cake.
