Cakes and Diamonds

Today I made cakes and cookies to celebrate Jessica McCormack's latest diamond range. The gathering was at Mollies in Hernebay (my favourite place ever) and they served beautiful rosé with my cakes. I made a fig and raspberry cake, a gluten free orange and almond cake, a lemon cake with rose water syrup and some little spice cookies. It certainly was an evening of indulgence.
