I am lucky enough to have beautiful model Phoebe Griffiths and her photographer boyfriend Georges Antony staying with me at the moment. Yesterday they decided to come to my kitchen and show me how to make Georges' mum's famous caramel bundt cake. Georges documented the process with his cool black and white camera and we ate the final product for dessert. I'm going to add this to my menu because it's so good. It's a French style sponge cake with lots of vanilla and orange zest in it which is then smothered in hot caramel and sprinkled with pink salt and fennel seeds.
