Eighthirty, where I do all my baking, made it into Metro Magazine's top 50 cafes, and The Caker got a nice wee shout out!
My first batch of pies! Salted and spiced pumpkin pies, and cherry blueberry. Both have a lovely crispy pastry made from just ground almonds, maple syrup, coconut oil and spelt flour.
