Last week we hosted a cozy evening celebrating two of my favourite things in life - cake and champagne. Guests experienced three cake recipes inspired by my French heritage (special thanks to my Granny and Pappy who made me the baker I am today) which were served alongside a selection of champagne Collet…

-

PAIRED WITH

The event was held in our former Caker space at 452 K’Rd, just a few doors up from our current shop, which is now a beautiful little cafe called Daily Daily. They make the best coffee and well and truly fuel the Caker on a busy day. Albert (owner) was the usual amazing host he is on the night and Josh (barista and photographer) came to capture the evening. James from Mineral Wine was also there to tell us how to properly pour champagne and talk guests through Collet’s unique history. It was a true celebration of K Road talent and community.
