Some of you may remember the special Sunday-only flavours we did last year?
The stand out had to be the tiramisu cake, which sold out in 45 minutes… and I’m bringing it back this Friday.
It’s one half espresso dark chocolate cake and one half stracciatella cake (an almondy vanilla cake flecked with 72% chocolate shavings) which we then brush with ‘Mr Black’ cold brew coffee liqueur. The two layers are slathered with fresh mascarpone, and the final touch is a light blanket of dutch process cocoa powder on top for that touch of bitterness.
Standard cakes made to order and minicakes will be available in store Friday May 24th.
