Sunday Special September 1: Edible Garden Minicakes

We got a little bit creative this weekend! One of our special Sunday flavours was an Edible Garden cakes which we made with courgette and are laden with chunks of peach. We topped them with a honey-thyme cream cheese icing and edible flowers and micro-greens.

We also brought back our Vegan Apple Rhubarb and Cardamom cakes made with vanilla bean COYO coconut yoghurt - we will have vegan options available every Sunday so make sure you pop in to try them!
