Our vegan menu just got a makeover!


Our newest member of The Caker team is Elora, the biggest cake enthusiast I've ever met, and also vegan. We took her lead when she noticed there was a gap in our vegan cake menu for a banana cake, and so here's what we came up with. It's a vegan Banana and Dark Chocolate cake with Vegan Dark Chocolate ganache and toasted coconut flakes.

In her words this cake is "rock n roll and it will shake you to the core." We think you'll agree.


And, after some dedicated research and recipe testing, we've replaced our glazes with an array of creamy vegan buttercreams which have taken the whole menu to a new level of deliciousness.
