Cake of the Month: Apricot and Rosemary Cake

Introducing our newest cake of the month, the Apricot Rosemary cake!

Each layer of this double-layer beauty is packed full of big juicy apricot halves and fresh chopped rosemary. The icing is laced with freeze dried apricot powder and topped with the most incredible apricot puree made with tree-ripened French apricots!

Each cake comes with a complimentary Apricot Almond and Rosemary Shortbread kit which is my favourite from our line and for obvious reasons inspired the flavour of this cake.
