*Cake Of The Month* Peach and Pomegranate


I'm celebrating Summer's finest offerings with this new cake of the month. Chunks of juicy ripe peach baked into its two layers, pair perfectly with the creamy vanilla bean cream cheese icing which has been blended with blush-toned freeze-dried pomegranate powder. A scattering of ruby red gem-like pomegranate seeds in the middle and on top of the cake creates little bursts of luscious sourness, while the crushed raspberry meringue adds a comforting sweetness.
