This is the first cake mix I EVER made! And it has always stayed the most popular in the line.

I love how raspberries pair with the coconut in this recipe, which lends a beautiful texture to both the cake and the glaze. And it is so easy to make. The sachet of freeze-dried raspberry crumble which comes with the mix is also a real Caker touch.

All you need to add is milk, butter, raspberries (fresh or frozen).

Note: This cake can be made vegan by using dairy free milk and oil instead of butter.
